The Alpilignum Collection consists of reconstituted wood veneers produced by a high-tech production process based mainly on poplar and limewood. The logs are "peeled" and then dyed in non-toxic dyes. The dyed layers are then glued together and compressed to form a new "wood block" that can again be cut.
Thanks to Alpilignum you will discover unprecedented opportunities in your offer to your customers.
Choosing reconstituted wood from Cypers? A wise choice. After all, reconstituted wood offers many benefits:
- With Alpilignum you are ensured a perfectly homogeneous veneer.
- Shades of colour in solid wood can be attractive, but are not always welcome in your project. With reconstituted wood, the end product always has the same colour, even in series production. The structure and size can be determined in advance. As a furniture maker you therefore avoid unpleasant surprises.
- Finally, it is also possible to imitate any natural wood. As is the case for decor, whole series of wood blocks can be produced with exactly the same wood structure.
- Do you want an "unnatural" colour? That too is perfectly possible with Alpilignum! Besides the WOOD collection there is also a COLOUR and a DESIGN collection.
Alpilignum veneer is generally available in sheets of 0.6 mm with a width of 620 mm to 680 mm and a length of 2000 mm to 3150 mm. On request, veneer sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm can also be produced, and boards from 4 mm.
